Alan Wilson
Following periods working in the investigation areas of the DTI and the Bank of England, Alan joined the London Stock Exchange in 1986 in the department responsible for the detection and investigation of insider dealing, market manipulation and other types of market abuse. He played a large part in the original design and implementation of IMAS, the Exchange's key market surveillance system.
Alan has been part of the Training Services Team since early 2004. He delivers both open-enrolment and bespoke training on the operation and regulation of our markets for practitioners from the financial services sector, leading advisory firms and those involved in investigating financial crime. He is course director for our popular and long running Introduction to Equity Markets programme, and frequently delivers training on Capital and Equity Markets for international business schools and graduates.
Tracey Paul-Clark
After beginning her career in retail banking in 1982 with NatWest, and then with TSB Bank PLC, Tracey became an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in 1989. In 1994 she joined the London Stock Exchange office in Leeds to manage relationships with key local constituents, including stockbrokers, listed companies and professional advisers. In 1995 Tracey moved to the London office to take up a UK marketing manager role, later leaving to set up and manage her own business venture.
In 2001 Tracey returned to the Exchange as a primary account manager for a portfolio of member firms based around the UK. Tracey joined the Training Services Team in 2004 where she develops and delivers a number of training programmes around the financial markets, including the successful Inside AIM and Trading on the London Stock Exchange titles.
Tracey holds an MBA in Business Administration from Bradford University Management Centre and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
