Martin Graham - Head of AIM
Martin Graham joined the London Stock Exchange in May 2003 as Director of Markets, managing all the market facing functions within the Exchange, including the development of all domestic and international markets business. In January 2008, following the merger with Borsa Italiana, Martin was appointed head of the combined Groups’ equity business. Martin has direct responsibility for all the Group’s equity client relationships, market operations and regulation, product management and development, equity markets strategy, AIM and RNS, the Exchange’s regulatory news service. Martin is an Executive Director of Borsa Italiana Spa and a Non-Executive Director of the UK India Business Council.
Prior to joining the Exchange, Martin developed extensive industry experience in senior management positions at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and West LB Panmure. Martin graduated from the London School of Economics.

Marcus Stuttard - Deputy Head of AIM
Marcus joined the Exchange in 1994 as a Regulatory Adviser in the Listing Department after completing the Law Society's Legal Practice Course. Marcus has headed up the Corporate Adviser team since 2004, moving to AIM in 2006. |

Gillian Watson - AIM Policy Manager
Gill joined the Exchange in 1998. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an honours degree in Accountancy and Computing. Gill is responsible for all AIM Policy ranging from European Directives through to tax incentives for investors.

Claire Dorrian - Senior Manager – Product Development
Claire is a senior manager within the AIM Product Development team focusing on the strategic direction and day to day management of AIM.
She actively works with companies considering a London listing as well as working closely with the corporate advisory and VC communities - including nominated advisers, sponsors, lawyers and accountants. Claire has been at the Exchange since 2000 in a variety of business development roles, promoting the London markets in Continental Europe. She holds a BA Honours degree in International Relations from Keele University.

Lucy Leroy - Head of AIM Regulation
Lucy joined the Exchange in 2005 after almost eight years with City law firm, Osborne Clarke, specialising in public company M&A and capital markets transactions.

Virginia Perez-Foy - AIM Marketing
Virginia joined the Exchange in 2005. Previously, Virginia worked for four years in business development and management roles within the UK legal sector. Virginia is responsible for all AIM marketing activities and communications.
