A surge in available rental accommodation in prime London locations has begun to curtail rent growth, it has been claimed.
According to Cluttons, the difficulty in selling in the current market conditions has seen a surge in owners offering their properties for rent in areas such as South Kensington, Chelsea and Knightsbridge.
