The London Stock Exchange is delighted to welcome North Real Estate Opportunities Limited to AIM.
North Real Estate Opportunities Fund is a new closed-end investment company which intends to invest primarily in the commercial property markets of Central and Eastern Europe. These target markets include Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria.
North Real Estate Opportunities is being launched by North Asset Management LLP, which is a specialised alternative investment management firm managing over US$1 billion on behalf of its clients, with a geographic focus on peripheral European markets.
George Papamarkakis, Managing Partner of North Asset Management, opened the London markets on the morning of North Real Estate’s admission to AIM.
